  3. Creating Tasks: New tasks can be created by assigning a title, user, contact, and setting a due date/time. Tasks can be assigned to a teammate with or without linking them to a contact.

  4. Notifications: Users receive email notifications when a task is created and a reminder 24 hours before the task is due. Additional reminders can be customized as needed.

This system helps manage task assignments and deadlines efficiently within the platform.
