  1. Editing Lead Information: From the opportunity view, you can edit a lead’s name, email, phone number, pipeline, stage, and status. The lead’s opportunity name should always match the contact name.

  2. Lead Statuses:

    • Open: New or in-communication leads.
    • Lost: Leads that did not move forward due to temporary reasons (e.g., cost, transportation), allowing for future remarketing.
    • Won: Leads that convert into paying patients.
    • Abandoned: Leads that explicitly request no further contact, marked as "Do Not Disturb" (DND) to stop all outbound communication.
  3. Managing Appointments and Tasks: You can book appointments, generate tasks, assign users, and set task reminders. Task notifications are sent 24 hours before the due date.

  4. Notes and Documentation: Notes can be added with a timestamp and user ID. You can also upload documents (e.g., insurance cards) and view/edit information like birthdate, contact source, and communication preferences.

This functionality allows for efficient lead tracking, communication, and organization within the system.
