    • Texted Back: If the lead responds to the automated message, they are automatically moved to this column, indicating higher intent.
    • In Communication: For leads you are actively communicating with and nurturing towards a consultation.
    • Communication Attempts: Additional stages track your attempts to contact the lead, from initial contact to "No Response."
  3. Managing Leads: You can move leads between stages by dragging and dropping them or updating their stage manually in the lead's details.

This system helps track the progress of leads and manage communication efforts efficiently.
