This video explains how to schedule consultations or appointments for leads within the Move platform. Here's a summary:

  1. Appointment Scheduling Options:

    • You can schedule appointments from either the opportunity card or the conversations tab.
    • From the opportunity card, select "Book/Update Appointment," choose the calendar, date, and available time slot.
    • In the conversations tab, click the plus sign under appointments, select the appropriate calendar (e.g., discovery call), and pick the date and time.
  2. Automated Stages:

    • When appointments are scheduled, the lead is automatically moved to the appropriate stage in the consultation pipeline (e.g., discovery call, consultation, or appointment).
  3. Updating Lead Stages:

    • After the appointment, it's important to update the lead's stage based on the outcome (e.g., showed or no-showed).

This process simplifies booking and tracking appointments while ensuring accurate lead management.
